Great pic! Why am I getting the pic name by tag from Flickr? Do you just delete that part when posting?

Flashback to '87. going thru old pics a found a couple to share.
NitNat Lake (tidal/fiord) WC BC south of Cape Beal.
53lb Chinook salmon that towed me around for half an hour.

There's more than once I'd like to have a sawmill like that at our place! I have some maple and tulip poplar that I'd like to turn into more than firewood.

Took my GSP out for a good training session tonight. He was using his nose pretty well. He found all the grouse wings I hid. After he was good and tuckered out we worked on some sit and stay while I picked up rocks from the food plot. Really looking forward to getting him on some live birds this year.

That photo of Little Elk Basin must have been taken 30-40 years ago cause the buck brush is at ground level. I backpacked in last year on a hunt into the basin and the brush was 10' tall - impossible to locate any animals. Saw one black bear at the top of the mountain and not one elk or deer.

Little Elk Basin picture was taken in 2005. The scrub oak is always tall, thick, and difficult to maneuver - just the way elk like it.

My Oldest was invited to attend football camp with the 5th and 6th grade team (he's going into 4th) this past weekend. First overnight camp. He had a blast, received a lot compliments from the coaches, and did a whole lot of sweating! #90; second from right, bottom row
