Yes, this is the first draft, and I expect this one to get amended a bunch...but this is what is being proposed.

Holy moly, $4,400 for a NR any bison. That should thin the NR applicant pool.
Ouch!! That's rough. I only do points for elk, deer, and antelope, but I do it for my dad as well, and for a friend who I want to surprise with an antelope tag in the future. That's $525.00 per year just in points to the state of Wyoming if this goes through! Right now it costs me $270.00. I'm not sure I can justify it if it goes up to $75.00 per species.
I'm out if this happens. I can buy extra tags in Idaho.

I had a feeling this was coming but had no idea it was so close. I had already made the decision this year to TRY and burn my moose points so we will see what happens. Years ago I bought a lifetime Conservation license for $70 I did not realize even now it is

Pricing out the little guy. The NR fee for any bison about doubled. Wow.
