So what's the battle? What's going to happen? The state didn't have permission to collar wolves in the Wilderness area.

Not exactly news but I do think it would be tuff for Idf&g to track the wolf population of Idaho without the ability to use the only effective way of tracking wolves in its 4,800,000 acre wolf sanctuary. Earth justice is obviously trying to litigate idaho into a management corner. Soon enough they will be saying Idaho dosent have enough confirmed packs/breading pairs in the church.
