Hello from WA

Figured I should introduce myself to the forum, so here it goes. I'm new to elk hunting, but have been hunting deer for the last 20 years or so in Eastern Washington mostly. Spent a few days chasing blacktails over that time and a few days chasing elk as well.

I joined the forum to hopefully learn more about elk in general and see if I can shorten the learning curve for upcoming out of state adventure. I'm excited to be here and I'll be cruising the posts to learn what I can.

Welcome, covered a lot of ground in 328 growing up. Need to get back there someday even if it is spike only.

Seems to be a lot of Washingtonians coming on board recently. Good sign. Washington sportsmen and women have a tough row to hoe in the future in this Seattle Metro driven state.

Originally from Puyallup, living down the road in Orting now. But my wife and I are trying to transfer to Idaho. Thinking Idaho Falls or Coeur'd alene area.
