Whoopsadoodle! Turns out it's baseball season!

Thank you Dainer for reminding what time of the year it was. Due to League president's mind slip this year, we will take entries from now until Saturday April 16, at 11:59 Mountain time zone.

The rules-

Each player lists his picks in descending order for each division, his (two) wild card choices for each league, as well as his pick for the worst team in baseball (fewest wins).

At the end of the regular season points will be awarded as such:

One point for each correctly placed team.
One additional point for each correctly picked division winner.
One additional point for each correctly picked wild card winner.

A perfect score is 40.

Tie breakers will be decided by whoever's worst team has the least wins.

If there is a tie within the division, both teams will count for both spots occupied.
Example:
Boston and Tampa Bay tie for 2nd place in the AL East. If you had either of these teams in the second or third position, you will receive the point for that team. If you had one in second, and the other in third, you receive points for both teams.

I love it...I always plan to play fantasy baseball, but that's just too much of a time commitment.

I tried last year with Dainer and a few others... I was happy to donate $50 to the cause... Man, Fun as heck until I was sent on a TDY (work trip) to a no/limited internet area and boom... I went down in flames. This is far from a football fantasy league - this truly is hardball fantasy play. It was a blast - though one has to have daily opportunities to adjust line up, etc otherwise a participant will quickly sink.

My card for 2016 pool:

Thanks again for the reminder! I'm a 'homer' for my team as my picks show, but I just can't pick the Cubs. Just can't. They have the potential to be scary good though...
