Hey all,
I've been on the site now for a couple of months, and really enjoyed it. I've received some good information from everyone that's reached out to me on my posts, and I appreciate it.
I just retired from 24 years in law enforcement and 17 years in the US Army with seven years deployed. I'm finally at a place now where I can get out and enjoy my first love, the mountains of the West.
I grew up out here, spent a lot of time hunting the high alpine mountains, and took several nice animals. But, that all go put on the back burner due to my professional life. So, glad that's done, and I'm planning a lot of time in the hills from now on.
