So I burned a tag on a dink

But we get like 140 tags a year...so... more fresh meat!


Here is the 6pt I killed this morning at 100yds...recovery distance...0 yards...his dressed weight was 130lbs.

Is that a shot gun you were using ? AT first it looked like a muzzleloader with a muzzle break but I dont see a rod. I have never seen a shot gun with a thumb hole stock before.

It is a Encore 300wsm...topped with a Leupold Vari-X III 3.5x10x50 and it is a tack driver

I've always wanted to give a TC a try. Who made your barrel? IIRC many wouldn't chamber the WSMs because of they said they were too big in diameter??

I found these guys last year...http://www.ottllc.com/...they were very professional, helpful, knowledgable and make a very good barrel.
