Been here little bit on and off. Mostly lurk and check out pics of the western game but I figured I'd make it official and post in here. I'm in Michigan and am an archery fanatic, bowhunter, Father, Husband and Chef/Owner of a fine dining restaurant that serves a lot of wild game in season.

Just wanted to say Hi and I look forward to "talking" with all of you.

You should put in a plug for your restaurant so that we can come try it out if we get to Michigan.
 
Viperess...Tecumseh. About 1/2 hr north of Toledo. I hit Ohio's season for a few days every year as well. Wherebouts in Oh. are ya?

If you've been in my area it was probably to Cabela's. Dundee one is only 5 minutes away.

Viperess....you are just down the road. 50% of our clientele are Sylvaniaites during the summer. I do cooking classes at Gourmet Curiousities 3-4 times a year too.

Stop up...I've heard it's worth the drive;)
