$10 Application fee for antelope?

I just completed mine and my wife's antelope applications on the MT online system. After completing them I saw that at the bottom of each was tacked a $10 application fee which was in addition to the normal online licensing fee. I scoured the regs for something about this but found nothing. Did I miss something? When did they start charging an extra 10$ application fee for antelope?

Charges were:

BP $2

Online Convenience fee
$2.35

Application Fee
$10

Application total
$44.35

Anyone know why the site is charging a $10 app fee for antelope?

My mail-in Montana resident antelope license application was $19, with a $5 non-refundable application fee. I think you were charged the $5 non-refundable fee separately.

Got it figured out. I guess I never have seen the app fee separated out like that, must not have been paying attention all these years.
