I recently was facing the same question. I ended up getting the Longbow. The nice frame adds alot more weight carrying capaicty and versatility if you ever want to put a different pack on the nice frame. Love the longbow so far, worth the extra dough.

It's worth tracking some down and trying them both on. Although the packs are almost identical, the frames are completely different.

I can't get comfortable in a nice frame so ended up getting the dragonslayer.
