Does Rowdy get to drive in truck race tonight without a license to drive? Musta thought 128 in a 45 zone would just get a pass thru penalty...

A driver license is not required to run a NASCAR race, he will be driving in the Sprint series. So I would assume that must hold true for the other series as well.

I live close to the road he did it on. It is a narrow two lane road that usually has a lot of traffic on it. Only an idiot would drive that fast on it. They should have given him a more severe punishment, in my opinion.
