I'm going to make a prediction and I hope it's not a curse for the hunter..

I suspect within the week, Big Fin will be taking the largest pronghorn ever by any member of this board. That's a tough call with Eli Grimmet as a member.

Cross your fingers for him..

Anyone know the story on this antelope? Got it from Fin just now. His phone is dead, so he can't send it to anyone.

Text says:

7.75" bases

5.5" prongs

Says he passed on it at 136 yards in the morning, thinking it was just short and stubby. Shot it at dark tonight.

Fin, Great animal. You never cease to amaze. BTW, waterfowl opener (sans the post-hunt scotch and in-hunt story telling) was lackluster at best.
