Ovis, I tried to get my wife to take such a picture last week in Hawaii when we were on the ship at perl harbor. I lined the Cannon gun up with..... Anyways, she wouldn't take the picture, but it would have been fun to add to this one

Ovis, were you anywhwere near Medicine Park? We ride up Mt. Scott...over to Mears for burgers, thru the Wichita Mts. wildlife refuge on occasion...pretty nice country.

Yelp! First time down there. Met a friend (pictured) from Alaska there. He was stationed at Wichita Falls for a few years some time ago and was back there TDY.
He knew the area quite well. We ended up going to Meers for burgers. Next time I think I'll be taking a cut of the Rib-eye. That place is one greasy spoon. From the menu: 1/2 Pint of Meers Sop (1/2 BBQ & 1/2 Meat Drippings)
Incredible place for Oklahoma. For a moment it felt as if I was back out west. Wildlife all over. Seen elk, bison, whitetail, and some monster gobblers all in a few hours.
