Venison Gravy on Biscuits:

1 pound ground venison

1 can mushrooms (4-ounce)

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
salt and pepper to taste


Brown the venison in a large fry pan. Add mushrooms and cook for a few minutes. Add mushroom soup and milk and stir and cook until smooth and hot. Salt and pepper to taste and serve over hot bisquits.
 
Now, See here Dixielady, I know how to make gravy and I know how to brown meat, But until you tell us how to make Cat-Head Biscuits your just telling us half the story!:) John
 
Well now John, got that search engine box there running now in search of the other half of that story....just as soon as it is loCATed, 'll b 4 sure to get the other 1/2 to u there...ROTFLMAO ;)
 
I usually have my wife bake up a dz or so big, fluffy Bisquick biscuits and take them in the field. I have pelnty of sausage & am good at gravy but getting them 3 - 4 inch tall fluffy biscuits kicks my butt out camping. And biscuits & gravy just ain't the same with the canned biscuits.
