Shooting Stix ?

Any recomendations on shooting stix. I am going to be in wide open country and want to have a steady rest. I am looking fo something fairly compact but also something that it is going to be very stable.

I use Steady Stix by Stoney Point (below, the short ones). If I'm hunting open country though (antelope hunting), I just use a Harris bipod. That country you're going to be hunting deer in is pretty open. I think I'd use a bipod.

I to use the stoney point sticks. Very useful and light.

I asked the same question last fall. I followed everyone's advice and purchased stoney point sticks. They have worked great.

Thanks for all your help! I went and bought the 16"-62" Stoney Point Stix today. I can't wait to try these things out.
