I wonder if the surface area on the obj is really that much larger than a 40mm scope? Also, those extra angles/curves have got to be harder to properly seal than a round one. I don't see myself going after one as I've not had problems getting to the end of shooting light with a regular 40-44mm scope.

...yep, see thrus with one of those sims vibration dampener donuts. Funny SRR.
Its a product that I will be surprised if it lasts more than a year or two. I'm sure some people will buy them, but I really fail to see what it does better than what we've had for years. I think the article I read about them put the actual size at around 47mm.
