Do you know anything about this GPS unit or do you know anyone that uses one?

I've got the GPSMAP 76S, which is the same unit without the color screen. I think it's a great GPS, and will do far more than I need it to do. I like the large amount of storage and the large screen. I wouldn't bother with the color screen. Seems like a waste of $100.

No I own a Cheapo Garmin.. E~trex maybe ? Someone asked me about the Above modle so I wanted some user input. Thanx man !!

What would you suggest to someone who is looking to buy their first GPS?? Is this a good one, or are there better ones for a better price??

Tough to beat the GPSMAP76 being discussed, both price and for function. It has everything you need, easy on batteries, etc. etc.
