Hey all,
Here are pics of my 2005 buck. Shot him this evening (opening day), passed on a few before I shot this one but I got trigger happy and let the arrow fly on this little buck. 100 grain Crimision Talon @ 20 yards did the job, he only went about 10 feet before dropping. Defiently not the one I was looking for but oh well, I can't go back in time :).

Arrow went into the shoulder through the heart/lungs and exited out the other side. My first archery critter and am very hooked on archery hunting now.

Nothing wrong with that goat...definitely P&Y material easy.......great job !!
 
Way to go Ernesto, great buck. Now do you only hunt with one arrow or did you empty the quiver to get this guy. ;) :D

It was a one shot kill but my arrows do not like to stay in the quiver so after I shot they were all loose so I said %#@ it and took them out. Im not sure why they are not staying in...maybe im doing something wrong???

Definately a nice buck Ernesto and a great one for a first ever bow kill.
Now ya gotta get a muley buck and a bull for the tri-fecta!
 
Congrats on the Lope Ernesto...Hunting Lopes with a bow is very tough [at least in AZ]... but i think it would be tough anywhere with a bow. You gona mount it?
