Sometimes I just make up stuff to cook, so there is really no recipe
But if I have thawed Ground Venison I will cook it up with Onions and maybe some taco or fajita seasoning. Throw in the meat some bell peppers or what ever is handy.
Then in a baking dish pour some enchilada sauce put down tortilla, put in a layer of meat, Put on some cheese, then repeat with the tortilla. DO this until your happy!!
I know it is Vague, but its easy to do if you know how to cook a lasagna, it is the same concept.
