Prep Time: 10 minutes
Preheat Oven: 350ºF degrees
What you need:
1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup of milk or ½ cup milk & ½ cup peach juice
½ cup butter or margarine melted
1 cup of sugar
1 can (29oz.) sliced peaches drained
What to do:
Stir flour, milk, and melted butter until well blended.
Pour into ungreased baking dish of your choice.
Stir together peaches and sugar, then spoon over the batter.
Bake 50 minutes to an hour or until golden.
