The 2003 film about Martin Luther was one I wanted to see since I am a Lutheran (loose term as of now).
I give the film 2 spikes since it shows only that Martin Luther was just a pious man and not too much of what was his dark side and that he advocated some drinking and sex.(cool) Peter Ustinov played the Prince who was his Lord and protector as something he was not according to history. There also was a person playing a character named Ulrich who I believe they impied was Ulrich Zwingli who helped along the Reformation in Switzerland(I think) associated with Luther. (not). The years also flew by without allowing for Luther to age.
It does show that Luther was a brillant fella and also believed in God.
I guess you should judge it for yourself
