Has anyone thought about doing a San Carlos pig hunt instead of using the normal draw? Everyone could buy tags for the same area so would be sure that we dont have different units. I believe the tags are $75 and you dont need an AZ license so it would probably be cheaper for the out of state guys. There are only 100 tags per area so hunter density is way lower than the normal hunts, and the pig herds are huge from what I have heard. I cant find the info right now but I think it is any weapon so rifle guys could use their centerfires if they wish. If this is a possibility I will dig up the info on it. If its too late maybe next year. Another benefit is that anyone who bags out early can enjoy some awesome smallmouth fishing, and trout a little higher up the river.
