I Forked My Orange!!

Got a 14 pound turkey in the oven with a big old orange in the body cavity I forked. Put salt, peper, garlic powder, onion powder, and thyme on the outside after I rubbed it with olive oil. In about two more hours; gonna cut her up and eat it! Anybody want the orange??

What kind of Orange? Does it matter which state it came from? Can't ya substitute orange juice?

2, 3, or 4 pronged fork? Salad, dinner, shrimp, or pitch?

I just want to get this right........

I did a search on "Forked Oranges" and came up with several websites. The nearest I could tell is that a forked orange is a fungi.
 
I used a Valencia orange and a three pronged fork I swiped from The Olive Garden. Well actually I didn't swipe it; the wife did, but I put her up to it!!

Yes Gunner you must absolutely use orange juice! But, do not remove it from the orange; just fork it!! I am not going to bite Elky; besides I'm already too busy trying to find MarS a midget wrestling hooker!
