Quick / easy and very good:
! box of yellow cake mix 4 eggs
18 oz container of sour cream
1/2 cup of sugar 3/4 cup of oil
mix above ingredients untill moist pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan: then mix in a small bowl 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/2 cup raisins and 3 tsps cinnamon. Swirl this mixture through the cake and bake at 325 degrees one hour.
Ice while hot with 1 cup of 10 x sugar. 2 tbsp of milk and 1 tsp vanilla.
