Heres a great recipe that you may want to try. Very simple too.
2- round steaks
1- can beef broth
1 2/3 cup of 5 min. rice
2 packets of brown gravy mix
1 sweet yellow or red bell pepper
1 med. onion chopped
cajun seasoning
meat tenderizer
salt & pepper
3-4 tbls. worcestershire sauce
Trim steaks and slice thin, put in plastic bag with tenderizer and alittle cajun seasoning not to much,& worchestershire sauce. Take chopped onion and pepper and saute. take gravy mix and make it with cold water. Take beef broth and mix in 1-2 tsp. of cajun seasonings in pan bring to a boil then turn it off. Take steak and brown in pan till all water is gone, mix in onion and pepper. Then take it and put it in the gravy mix, turn on high to cook. Once it gets thick turn it off and cover, you may need to add some water. Bring broth to a boil and add rice, cover and set aside 5 min. Put rice on plate cover with venison mix and enjoy. hope ya try it . Sniper :D
