Wild turkey breast with stir fry veggies in oyster sauce!

I shot 6 turkies in NZ and cut the breast out of all except the one at the taxidermist.
Cleaned them well, cut into strips and marinated them over night in Oyster sauce, wostershire, a bit of liquid smoke and cajun season.
Stir fried them with carrot slices, snow peas, brocholi,bell pepper, onions and baby corn.
got to tell you for what they call a pest without a season or limit, I will shoot 30 the next trip. had a taste unlike anyother fowl i ever ate and it is actually healthy for ya.
