BSA Scopes

Any one have experience with these scopes? Received one as a birthday gift and am eager to mount in on a rifle but don't want to put in on a big boomer if it can't handle the recoil...

I've put one on a Savage model 99 in .300 Savage. I haven't shot it a whole lot but it seems to be holding zero pretty well. It's not a BIG boomer but she kicks a little. LOL

My buddy has put them on his varmint rifles and he likes them. He seems to shoot pretty good groups with them, too.
