I’m looking for the good, the bad, and the ugly. Specifically Colville/Kettle Falls area. We have an opportunity to relocate there and it seems like a great area. Is there anyone who lives or has lived there that is willing to chat for a bit sometime about the area? Thanks, Kevin.

Fair bit of public land, pretty conservative but with plenty of recluse hippies. Deer hunting season is a zoo. Lake Roosevelt is a gen waterbody. Access to water for development can be tricky, so you'll definitely want to do lots of homework prior to just buying land with the plan to build on. Others on here know way more than me.
