I’m sure I’m not the first to do it but I experimented today. One can of Walmart croissants and three venison/pork brats. I pre cooked the brats then I cut two of the brats in half and one I cut in half then sliced in half…so basically into a quarter sausage. Just to see what worked better.

Wrapped them up and baked. Came out pretty good. I’m pretty sure I can do these in a Dutch oven at camp if I watch the heat and cook more from the top.
