I'm gonna try and make the meeting in the Springs on the 24th. Might try to attend the meetings in Denver as well.

Public comment : Fix yourselves you filthy animals.
Check how many tags went to residents in 1995.
Now see what we can get our hands on in 2015.
At the same time, tags went from EE to Cow and bull must draw ? and it will soon take me a point to get that tag?!, meaning I will not be elk hunting in 2016 when these idiots get to planning.
Point creep is something we are supposed to just be ok with, everyone is doing it.
Except windymtman and private land owners who will have vouchers and tags a plenty.
note: Northern Colorado has ~250k more 'legal' residents in this same time period, that is just Northern.
