Anyone have any information on land access in MT HD 690-21 archery

Hey guys,
Looking to see if anyone has any information on how to access the public land in the Bullwhacker area now that the Wilks Ranch has once again blocked access. I'd like to get in there and do some hunting, but I am just not sure how to access the right areas. I've heard that you can fly in and get dropped off...but unsure of where to look at. Any information would be great.

Pick up the Winifred 100k BLM map. Lots of access points.
