Hunt elk hunting grind for newbie
I appreciate you wanting to bring someone with no experience. People have to start somewhere. But like others have said, set expectations for planning and execution. Put them in charge of a portion of the planning. Hold them accountable for completion of tasks. Make them put skin in the game. -

Our first ever elk hunt!
Congrats on your first elk! This was my first year hunting elk. We were going for cows in SW Montana and weren't as fortunate.
