Anyone have a rectec grill
Owned by rt-700 for 2 years, been sitting outside uncovered all year, through winter,.etc. because their cover sucks. No rust at all, works great, lots of space inside. The huge hopper is a good and bad, because it holds 40lbs of pellets, and which is great because i don't have to top it off...- vladkgb

Favorite Elk Calibers
I've had good luck with my 7mm magnum 160grain nosler accubonds. Flies flat, recoil not too bad. -

Elk Caliber and Bullet Choice - 2024
I like my 7mm mag tikka. I run nosler accubond 160grain for Elk, flies flat, manageable recoil, haven't had trouble finding them online or in-store. -

Welcome to the board! I drew a Wyoming general elk south region tag this year. Super excited to hunt there! I'll only be able to hunt during the last couple of weeks of the season because I also drew a NV elk tag. Should be a good year. -

MT Elk talk
I just got back from 10 days hunting the western part of Montana. We tried 8 different spots. They weren't talking. I figured I miss-timed the rut this year since the equinox was on the 23rd, but my buddy who's down there now is saying they're still quiet. We heard some stories of bulls coming... -
