Guide or resident needed for non resident to hunt in Wyoming.
Yes, the resident has to be with you. I've done the resident license multiple times with friends, but i must be with them hunting. The whole point of it, is to be used with friends, has nothing to do with any sort of actual guiding- packsaddle

Ive ran one since they came out...I like it. Just had to buy another one though, turns out they arent grizzly sow and 3 cub proof. .
