Used, but in excellent condition. I probably have only 2-3 boxes of shells through this. It's a great little gun, but I just don't use it and would like the cash for other gear. I have a 2x7 nikon scope on it that comes with the purchase price. I am willing to sell the scope and rifle separate. I would like to get $425 for the scope/rifle/sling combo. I can email pics. The rifle is in the Grand Junction area if anyone would like to take a look.
