Usually if you contact the manufacturer they will have some sort of recommendation. I have found the most commonly recommended is using two boxes of ammo. For the first ten rounds clean thoroughly after each round. For the next 30 rounds, shoot 3 shot groups and clean and let cool after each group. After that your rifle should be good. I'm not really sure how important this is. I've known plenty of people who have never done this and have rifles that shoot fine. I like to think it will help out tho. Cheers.
