Frie nock rest

has anyone tried this guy? im worried about tuning issues but really like the concept.

A friend of mine has one on his target bow and on 2 of his kids' target bows.
Surprisingly tough. Easy and precise to tune. Very accurate. Maybe a little noisy on the draw.
I think his kids each placed 2nd in the state (boy and girl) last year on their first year of competing?
