Does anyone have experience with the Vortex Crossfire II 10x42 binos? Cabelas has them on sale for Blackfriday and I have been looking at getting good quality, but cheap binoculars for work.
I have a grant for $500 to buy binoculars for Environmental Education programs that I put on. The public, adults and children, will be using these binoculars at different birding events and school field trips throughout the year. Reviews on the internet say that they are good quality for the price, but I am always looking for more opinions! I am going to go to Cabela's this afternoon to look at them as well.
