Does any use 06 wildcats. I have a 8mm-06, 6.5-06 AI, was wondering if any reloaded for them and used them.

I have a 6mm-06, 26in barrel 1-8" twist, throated for the 105gr VLD bergers. Thing lays the smack down on deer and antelope.
The 338-06 is close to your 8mm-06. You could use that reloading data as a starting point - backing off 10% while working up loads. The 8x60 should be close as well.
I would imagine you could get a 200 grain bullet moving at about 2700 fps with that set up. Try RL15, RL17 and H4350 if you use heavy for caliber bullets. RL15, H4895, IMR 4320 if you go with lighter pills. Neat caliber. Great mid-range thumper.
