These two we're hanging out east of Glendive last fall just outside of Makoshika Park. Would see them every 4-5 days for a month until winter started rolling in. Still makes me curious how long they'd been there or how far they wandered in from. I video'd a small herd between Miles City and Baker when I was younger which wouldn't be too far away

There were also some sheep east of the Yellowstone River near Savage. They had been transplanted in ND from the Breaks and were trying to head back home... Not sure where they are now... I seen em in 2008.

Yep, I completely forgot about that. My father in law seen them one evening coming home from work and I'd heard a couple others around town had seen them. I did a lot of coyote hunting east of the highway between intake and savage and it can get surprisingly rough back there

I've talked to some folks from the Ekalaka area that see bighorns move through from time to time.
