Colorado units 4 or 12

I may apply unit 12 for archery, but haven't decided yet whether I want to go that far north or try for 67. I don't know much about either unit yet, but it seems like numbers in the southern half of the state have been down for some time. I'm still holding out hope that I draw AZ but chances of that are trickling away by the minute.
