Sole inserts for boots

I have a high arch in my foot and I am looking for suggestions for a sole insert and not a boot. I have a pair of Kenetrek MTN Extreme that are great. But for my other boots that I have, I would like to use an insert. It would need to be able to support my arch and a heavy pack.

I have tried superfeet and they seemed to hard, any other suggestions?

Lathrop and Sons. If they don't fit out of the box, they'll make sure they do.

I believe the Lathrop inserts are gel and would be softer.
I find the factory inserts superior to Superfeet or Sole brand for the reason you mentioned; too hard and too slick.
