For those of you looking for a great new cooking book, please take a look at Hank Shaws new book called Buck, Buck, Moose. This new book follows a lot of the same ideas behind his previous book Duck, Duck, Goose. How to break down each animal, including the not so normal parts, and a tremendous number of new and great recipes to try. Glad I still have some antelope left over from last year.
