I live for bear hunting in the spring. We hunt bears over bait up here. I started helping my Dad bait when I was 8 or 10 years old. I had my own bait in my later teens that my Dad would help me keep up and running. By the time I was 20 I lived on the opposite side of the province from my Dad so I was running my own baits. My first spring I only ran one bait and the following spring I ran 2. Two baits will be all I ever run for now. It already is enough time and work to keep two baits full by yourself. Between these two baits I can hunt any wind direction there is. Every spring to get ready for bear hunting I trap 30-50 beavers for bait.
