Gallery Question

Quick question, why is it we have the option to delete any pics we've added to the gallery after the switch but we cannot delete pics that were in the albums before the switch to the current gallery?

I dont know I will go check. I am able to deleted the ones on aprils account as AprilW I used her name for the test dummy.
