Forum Clock Question

Is there a way I can reset the clock? I can't seem to find an option in the CP/FAQ's.

It strikes me as odd that we can type in American because this ain't England, but have to do it on GMT. ;)

I have trouble enough figuring out what day it is. :(

Under User CP, go to edit options. Scroll down to the 4th block which is called Date and Time options. Then choose your time zone.
