Hey, Mtn. Boomer, that's a nice bruin. Where'd you get him??
I grew up in North Arkansas in a town named "Mountain Home," in Baxter County. I used to know that area around there pretty well, and even back then, there were a few bears around, but they were protected. Glad you can now hunt them.

Thanks Guys! I am the one sitting on the bear. The guy that is holding the bow is the one that killed it. He is a good friend of mine.
Leanwolf, He killed it near Marshall. Not very far from Mt. Home. I had seen 4 bears the weekend before in the same area. He said he would do me a favor and hunt my stand for me while I was at work....What a friend!! http://www.huntandlodge.com/ubb/biggrin.gif

At least you know that tree stand you picked out was a good one Mountain Boomer. I hunted some in that area some time back, got some kin folk down that way that still do. Nice bear by the way guys!
